Cost

Shipping is free on every order to the United States. We don't ship outside the US yet.

How long it takes

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Your dice ship from our partner's warehouse overseas and usually arrive within 7 to 12 business days after that. Busy periods around the holidays can add a few days.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a couple of days to show movement.

Your address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We ship to the address you enter and can't cover packages sent to an incorrect address. Once tracking shows delivered, see our returns page for what to do if you can't find it.

Holiday orders

To arrive before the December holidays, order by December 5.
